“跳槽潮”用英语怎么说？

　　近日发布《2014白领年终奖调查》，据10151份问卷调查显示，2014年终奖满意度指数仅为2.23，四成白领因年终奖考虑跳槽。数据显示，参与调查的全国白领中仅有15.8%的人已拿到年终奖。
　　The number of people seeking new jobs started to rise last month, well ahead of the traditional job-hopping peak that usually occurs after the Spring Festival holiday.
　　从上月起，准备跳槽的人数开始上涨，比传统上春节后出现的跳槽潮还要提前。
　　文中的job-hopping peak就是指出现在年底的“跳槽潮”。最新调查表明，很多white-collar workers（白领）对今年的annual bonuses（年终奖）不满意，已经提前开始谋划跳槽，希望得到涨薪（higher salary increases）。换工作也可以用switch jobs/ seek new jobs或者look for a new position来表示。
　　雇主们也会通过一些额外福利（extra benefits）来留住员工（secure their preferred candidate），有时也会通过performance-related bonuses（绩效奖金）来对表现优异的员工进行奖励。一家企业的员工忠诚度（employee loyalty）降低，频繁跳槽对于双方而言都是一种损失。
